Janet was wonderful to work with. Her suggested price range was right on target. She had excellent marketing, hired a stager, held Open Houses, and kept us updated on all activity. She sold our home in a timely manner in a tough market. We were living out of state when we sold, and felt very confident knowing Janet was our Realtor. We would highly recommend Janet.
